Privacy policy

Atremo Studios makes Reposed, an iPhone app and this website. This policy covers what we collect, why, who else handles it, and how to delete it. Send questions to support@reposed.app.
What we collect
- Your account. Your name, your email address, and how you sign in, like a password or Sign in with Apple or Google. Clerk runs sign-in for us and stores your password, so we never see it.
- Photos you pick. The photos you upload, the poses you choose, links you paste, and prompts you write. Reposed only uploads the photos you pick, never the rest of your camera roll.
- Your generations. The photos Reposed generates for you, the settings you used, and your thumbs up or down.
- Refund reviews. When you give a generation a thumbs down, we save your original photo and the pose so someone on our team can review it for a refund.
- Coins and purchases. Your coin balance and its history, your Reposed Pro membership, and what you bought. Apple handles payments in the app, and Stripe handles payments on this website. We never see your card number.
- Pinterest. If you connect Pinterest, we keep a token that lets Reposed show your boards and pins.
- Notifications. If you turn on notifications, we keep your device's push token so we can tell you when a photo is ready.
Our servers also log requests, which can include your IP address, and keep those logs for a few days to fix problems and stop abuse. We don't use ad trackers or analytics tools, and we don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How we use it
- To generate your photos and run your account, coins, and purchases.
- To review refund requests and stop abuse.
- To answer you when you email us.
We don't use your photos to train AI. We won't use your photos or generations in ads or marketing unless you say yes to that in the app.
AI providers
Reposed uses other companies' AI models. When you generate, we send the photos you picked and your prompt to OpenAI, or to Google through OpenRouter. We send pose photos to Anthropic through OpenRouter so its Claude model can describe the pose, and when you tap Improve, we send it your prompt. These companies use what we send to create your result. They may keep it for a short time under their own policies, for example to watch for abuse.
Companies that handle your data for us
Each of these gets only what it needs for its job.
- Clerk, for accounts and sign-in
- Supabase, for our database and servers
- Cloudflare, for storing photos and running this website
- OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and OpenRouter, for AI
- Apple, for App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, and notifications
- Google, for Sign in with Google
- Stripe, for payments on this website
- Pinterest, if you connect it
We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, photos, generations, and coins until you delete your account. Deleting a generation in the app removes it from your phone, but our copy stays until you delete your account.
When you delete your account, we delete your photos, generations, coins, refund requests, Pinterest connection, and everything else our servers keep about you. Apple and Stripe keep their own records of payments.
Your choices
- Delete your account in the app, under Profile. It deletes your data right away, and you can't undo it.
- Disconnect Pinterest in the app, under Profile.
- Turn off notifications in your iPhone's Settings.
- Email us to get a copy of your data, fix it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, like California or the EU, you may have more rights over your data, and we'll honor them. We answer within 30 days.
If you're in the EU or UK, we use your data to provide the service you asked for, with your consent for AI processing and notifications, and in our legitimate interest in keeping Reposed safe. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Reposed isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child gave us data, email us and we'll delete it.
Where your data goes
We and the companies above may process your data in the United States and other countries.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll also tell you in the app.
